Barrington Reeves

Barrington Reeves is an entrepreneur, creative leader and advocate for inclusive business growth. A graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University, he is the founder and Creative Director of Too Gallus, a branding and creative agency that helps organisations develop authentic, impactful brands and marketing strategies.

Beyond his entrepreneurial work, Barrington is a passionate mentor and community leader, serving as Co-Founder of BLM Scotland and founder of the Black Scottish Business Fund, initiatives that support opportunity, representation and business development. Through his work in the creative industries and entrepreneurial ecosystem, he champions innovation, purpose-driven leadership and the power of enterprise to create positive social change.
