Visa 12-step Tier 4 (General) Student Visa renewal process outside the UK

1. Receive your unconditional offer
2. Start preparing your finances
3. Pay your deposit to GCU
4. Apply for ATAS certificate (if required) and provide it to the Admissions Team
5. Receive and follow instructions on your CAS data check from the Admissions Team
6. Receive CAS statement from the Admissions Team
7. Contact the VISA Team if any support or guidance is required for your visa application
8. Complete and submit your Tier 4 (General) Student Visa application, ensuring the correct Immigration Health Surcharge is paid
9. Prepare for your credibility interview
10. Await your decision from UKVI
11. Book your travel arrangements when your visa has been granted and ensure you arrive in the UK before your latest course start date
12. Collect your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) within 10 days of arriving in the UK and present documents to GCU for Registration and collect your student ID
