This two day workshop is designed for those looking for an introduction to Q methodology and Q research, and is especially suitable for people with limited or no prior experience. It will be led by experts in Q methodology drawing on examples from their own research as well as the wider literature.
This will be an interactive workshop providing an overview of the essential steps for conducting a Q study covering concourse theory, statement selection, P-set selection, Q-sorting, factor analysis and data interpretation.
There will also be the opportunity for a one-to-one surgery session where participants can seek advice on their own Q study with one of the facilitators.
The two day workshop will take place on Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th April 2018 at Glasgow Caledonian University, The Lantern, Hamish Wood Building (No.1 on the campus map). The cost is £200 which will include all materials, lunch and refreshments.
