Sandra has over 15 years’ experience working within higher education administration. She spent three years supporting academic and research activities within the Maternal Fetal Medicine and Reproductive Endocrinology Departments at Wayne State University (Michigan, USA) before moving to Scotland in 2007. Over the following decade she further developed her skillset in Research Administration at the Institute of Cardiovascular and Medical Sciences (University of Glasgow). She graduated from GCU with a MSc in International Fashion Marketing (with distinction) and a BA in Business and Management. As a Centre Administrator she provides administrative support to the Yunus Centre.

Sandra works closely with the Community, Citizenship and Participation Research Theme and the Social Economy Research Theme and is lead administrator for a number of externally-funded research projects.
