Noorseha joined the Yunus Centre in February 2014. She is currently undertaking a PhD entitled "Social Innovation in Malaysia" under the supervision of Dr Simon Teasdale (Director of Studies) and Dr Simone Baglioni (second supervisor). The aim of the research is to examine the favouring environment which fosters social innovation to take place in Malaysia and to identify the potential roles played by government, industry, social entrepreneurs, non-profits, and NGOs in developing SI.

Prior to joining the Yunus Centre, Noorseha received her MBA (Corporate Entrepreneurship) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). She has worked as a lecturer for 3 years in Universiti Tun Abdul Razak teaching Social Entrepreneurship, Finance and Principle of Management.
