Gregory is a researcher on the FinWell 2 project – ‘managing finances and multiple long-term conditions: eliciting the perspectives of low-income individuals’. The project aims to establish whether there is a perceived link people’s financial lives and their health, and the mediating mechanisms that might facilitate this association. The project is based in London, and will explore these issues in the areas of Lambeth and Southwark.

Gregory joined the Yunus Centre in March 2019. Prior to this, he worked at the University of Kent in the Centre for Health Services Studies. He completed his doctoral thesis in March 2017, in the Department of Social Policy and Social Work at the University of York. His research experience extends to welfare reform post-2012 where he has published reports concerning reforms in Scotland. In addition to a PhD in Social Policy, Gregory holds an MA in Sociological Research; MA in Global Social Policy; and, a BA (Hons) in History and Politics.
