A specialist within the field of Human Resource Management (HRM) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). Also a fellow of the higher education academy (FHEA). A wealth of experience teaching students within the HRM profession at both undergraduate and post graduate level. Topic area spectrum includes: employee relations, people resourcing, performance management, reward, human resource development, talent management and employment law. Has international experience in designing distance learning material for use by undergraduate students in China. Travelled extensively to the US, India and South Africa to deliver workshops on a wide range of HRM topics including: performance management, leadership, change management and organisational coaching. Currently undertaking doctoral research on the topic areas of national culture, leadership and knowledge sharing.
