The School for Work Based Education team perform a number of tasks from commercially focused roles, to academic teaching and administrative and programme support. Our team includes:
Responsible for developing the UK market to design bespoke GCU education programmes in partnership with employers, building capacity and human capital.
Responsible for the design and delivery of bespoke, academically accredited programmes. These originate from a strong belief that an enquiring and creative workforce denotes professionalisation through qualification.
Programme Leader for the BSc. Railway Operations Management Programme which is currently delivered to around 500 employees of Transnet Freight Rail in South Africa.
A specialist within the field of Human Resource Management (HRM) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). A wealth of experience teaching students within the HRM profession at both undergraduate and post graduate level.
A Chartered Engineer with diverse Operational, Innovation and Leadership experience in high-technology industries and Higher Education. Programme Leader for MSc Applied Leadership and Management.
Involved in work based learning at GCU for over 15 years. Programme Leader for the BSc Railway Operations Management programme.
