Meg Lustman is the former CEO of Hobbs and has had a long and successful career in retail, working with many famous brands in the UK and internationally including John Lewis, Warehouse, Whistles, Oasis, Wallis, Karen Millen and Selfridges.
Meg graduated from Birmingham University with a degree in modern languages which proved invaluable in her career, particularly as she helped businesses grow successfully internationally. Meg’s career has been very varied and the key themes are her passion for the customer and her strong belief in the power of teams and collaborative purpose. Her understanding of the needs of differing stakeholders, particularly on the funding front, ensure that she helps organisations shape strategies that are relevant and realistic.
