Eilidh FultonEilidh Fulton was elected into the role of Student President at Glasgow Caledonian University for 2019/20, after a successful year of representing the School of Computing, Engineering and Built Environment as Vice President during the academic year 2018/19. Eilidh led on a campaign to re-open the roof garden on the Sir Alex Ferguson Library, led the campaign for the annual Teaching Awards, and worked alongside the University on the Thematic Review of Articulation Student Experience. With a keen interest in academic quality and enhancement, Eilidh sits on the Scottish Higher Education Enhancement Committee (SHEEC) and the Theme Leaders Group (TLG) which manages the themes for the Quality Assurance Agency’s Enhancement Themes. Eilidh also founded The Circle Society GCU, a collective within The Circle, which brings together students from all walks of life at Glasgow Caledonian University, who have a shared passion and commitment to addressing the issues facing marginalised & disempowered women and girls. Eilidh hopes to establish a mirror society at GCU London and further afield.
