How to Apply

Application process

Applying for the International Summer School is simple. An online application form will be available from February.

In order to ensure you get your VISA on time we would encourage International Applications to be with us by Friday 21 May 2021, for EU applications the deadline is Friday 4 June 2021, however late applications may be considered.

Essential documentation

With your application you should submit the following supporting documentation:

  • An official transcript from your home university or college
  • A copy of your current passport
  • Proof of English language skills, if you are a non-native speaker

We may also ask for an academic reference or recommendation from someone who has taught you at university or college, or a reference to be provided by your exchange or study abroad co-ordinator/adviser.

Apply early

Early application is encouraged as this will allow us to respond and give you as much time as possible to book travel and arrange visas if necessary. Once we have received your form and supporting documents we will contact you within 10 working days. If your application has been successful, you will receive details of your offer and advice on payments of fees, visas and making travel arrangements. Upon acceptance of an offer of an International Summer School place, students will be required to pay a deposit of £100, with the final balance due by Friday 18th June 2021.
