Royal opening for GCU London

Princess Anne unveils a plaque at GCU London.

HRH the Princess Royal has officially opened GCU London.
Princess Anne met staff, students, school children and senior members of the Executive during a visit to the state-of-the-art graduate university campus in Spitalfields.
Her Royal Highness unveiled a plaque to mark the officially opening and the launch of the GCU London Club, a community engagement initiative, which works with schools, children and families in Glasgow and the Tower Hamlets area of London.
Children from St Bartholomews School, in Glasgow, and St Matthias Primary, Tower Hamlets presented a programme of activities including a child's view of an Executive Board meeting.
GCU London opened its doors in September 2010 and the Royal visit coincided with a graduation ceremony for students on the MSc International Fashion Marketing and MSc Banking, Finance and Risk courses.
