I have never had such a great experience. People here are so friendly, welcoming and make you feel at home. I never enjoyed studying so much for years."

If you are a student at a European university with which we have an Erasmus+ exchange agreement, you can apply to spend a semester or a year with us. Erasmus+ Students do not pay any fees and may receive an Erasmus grant from their home university.

The application process

If you want to visit us for a semester or a year as an Erasmus+ student, the application process is through your home university Study Abroad Office or International Programs Office. Your home institution will help you to choose modules you will study at GCU from our Module Catalogue. These can then be taken back and credited towards your degree: 20 SCOTCAT credits = 10 ECTS credits.

They will also advise you about completing our exchange and accommodation forms. Please note: we cannot guarantee on-campus accommodation, so the earlier you apply the better. The exchange application form will be sent to our Exchange & Study Abroad Office to be processed. When we receive confirmation of your studies from the academic School, we’ll send an acceptance letter to your home address.
