Employability
Developing your skills
Due to our emphasis on employability, employers know they can recruit Glasgow Caledonian graduates with confidence. That's why the overwhelming majority of our students find work or further study within six months of graduating.
Glasgow Caledonian University not only offers a wide range of career-focused courses, many of which include practical work placements, but also helps students develop skills in other areas, such as communication and problem-solving, that make you even more attractive to future employers.
Many of our courses are accredited by professional bodies, and over the years the university and our staff have built up close links with industry. In addition, our teaching and learning facilities, including a virtual hospital and eye clinic, are some of the most innovative in the UK.
And we don't forget about you after you graduate - our Careers Service is always available to give you all the help you need.
