What is my print/copy quota?

Your print credit account has two separate quotas:

This is an annual allowance that is applied to your account by GCU. Your initial free quota print credit is based on your course classification. This is an annual allowance and is not topped up during Trimesters B or C. Any free quota print credit remaining in your account at the end of the academic year will not be carried over to the next academic year. This free quota print credit can be used for printing and copying throughout campus.

This is money that you add to your print credit account personally. You can add money to your balance when required. This balance print credit can be used for printing and copying throughout campus.

Any money added to your print credit account will be carried over to the new academic year, however, any balance left over after you complete your course will not be refunded.

You can view your current balances by logging into your print portal or any of the print release devices.

How do I print?

All lab and open access PCs are automatically mapped to the mono print queue: GCU-Print-Mono

This allows you to collect your print jobs from any print/copy area listed above. You will be charged the current mono printing costs per page.

Your print job will remain in the print queue until you collect it or 12 hours have passed after which time the job will be automatically deleted.
