Removing eduroam
If you are having troubles connecting to eduroam, select the device your are trying to connect with and follow the steps on how to remove eduroam from that device.

Android
  1. Go to Settings > Wii-Fi
  2. Select 3 dots on the upper right of screen > Settings
  3. Select Saved networks
  4. Select eduroam > Select Forget
iOS Devices (iPads, iPhones)
  1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, click the blue I button beside eduroam
  2. Select Forget This Network
Mac OS X Devices (Laptops)
  1. Go to Applications folder > Utilities > Keychain Access > Passwords
  2. Search the list for eduroam and delete these entries
  3. Select the Apple Logo > System Preferences > Network > Wi-Fi or Airport then select Advance
  4. Remove any network profiles named GCU or eduroam by selecting the name and pressing the '-' button, then close the window
Windows Devices
  1. Click the Network icon on the lower right corner of your screen
  2. Click Network settings
  3. Click Manage Wi-Fi settings
  4. Under Manage known networks, click the network you want to delete
  5. Click Forget. The wireless network profile is deleted
