Please note that email responses from the VISA Team are currently taking 5 working days. For urgent enquiries, please book a Drop in slot to speak with an Advisor. Alternatively, please mark your email as Urgent and we will aim to prioritise your request where possible. Thank you for your patience during this busy time.
There are many ways to contact our VISA Team, please see below for options available.

To request a slot, please complete the form available.
Note: If you are contacting us to request advice on behalf of someone else, written permission from the individual must be emailed in advance to VISA@gcu.ac.uk, providing your full name, and authorisation that we liaise with you in relation to their enquiry. Where possible, applicants/students are advised to contact the team directly.

If you would like to share your comments, suggestions or feedback for the VISA Team, please email visa@gcu.ac.uk at any time. We regularly review the service provision for students, families and staff and welcome your comments for improvement.
The Team also closely review feedback provided within the International Student Barometer (ISB) and encourage all international students to use the survey to share their views on their whole GCU student experience, not just their experience with the VISA Team. More Information about the survey and when this is available, can be found at www.gcu.ac.uk/isb
