Visa Drop-In Sessions

Drop-in sessions are great opportunities to get quick answers to any general questions you may have and initial visa application advice including a personalised visa application checklist. There is no need to book in advance, simply register on arrival at the VISA Desk and you will be allocated a 10-minute slot with a VISA advisor.

  • Monday 2.00pm - 4.00pm
  • Friday 10.00am - 12.00pm

Appointments can be booked to meet with a VISA advisor to discuss your specific questions or check and submit your visa extension application. These appointments are available as a 30 minute timeslot. Additional time can be booked if required. Please contact to request a meeting.

  • Tuesday to Thursday 10:00am - 12.00pm, 2:00pm - 4:00pm
