I’ve got a new Passport, can I still use my CAS?

No. Your visa application will be refused if the information on your CAS does not match the documents you provide with your application. Please email cas@gcu.ac.uk as soon as possible. You should not submit your visa application until you have heard from us and all the information is correct.

I don’t have Original Copies of my Documents. What should I do?

Why is my Nationality shown by Country Name and not as the standard nationality name?

This is the standard format that UKVI have requested the information. This will not affect your visa application.

I have paid more Fees since I received my CAS, can this be updated?

If you have paid further fees please contact cas@gcu.ac.uk, you should not submit your visa application until GCU admissions staff have confirmed your CAS has been updated.

I’ve paid for Accommodation, can this be added to my CAS?

If you have accommodation at GCU this information can be added to your CAS. Please note that accommodation fees are discounted from the Living Costs you are required to evidence only up to a maximum of £1265.
