This year the Wellbeing Service is pleased to introduce a new informal programme of activities for students to take some time out to focus on their health and wellbeing. This will be a good opportunity to make friends and develop new skills in a relaxed and friendly environment.
The programme will run every Wednesday afternoon term-time from 2pm until 4pm and will include a variety of activities to help boost your wellbeing, such as:
- Wellbeing sessions and workshops
- Team volunteering
- Visits to local museums and art galleries
- Bike rides
- Yoga, meditation and mindfulness
- Creative sessions – arts and crafts, music etc.
- Baking and cooking
- Watching films
Every Wednesday starting 26th September, 2-4pm
