Social Meet-Up Group

This year the Wellbeing Service is pleased to introduce a new informal weekly meet-up group for students to take some time out to focus on their health and wellbeing. If you are feeling anxious about meeting new people, this will be a good opportunity to make friends and develop new skills in a relaxed and friendly environment.

The group will meet every Wednesday afternoon term-time from 2pm until 4pm and will include a variety of activities to help boost your wellbeing, such as:

  • Games
  • Team volunteering
  • Visits to local museums and art galleries
  • Bike rides
  • Yoga, meditation and mindfulness
  • Creative sessions – arts and crafts, music etc.
  • Baking and cooking
  • Watching films
  • Sports
  • Gardening
  • Photography

Every Wednesday starting 6th February, 2-4pm

Bistro, Level 1 of Students’ Association

(If you can’t find us, ask at reception or the bar)
