We have a range of different groups and workshops which you can sign up to over the course of Trimester A.
The workshops will target common concerns including Motivation and Procrastination and Anxiety Management. There will also be a Look After Your Mate session aimed at students who may be worried about the wellbeing of a friend or flatmate. Ongoing groups will include an eight week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course, and a six week wellbeing and recovery group MyRap.
