Groups and Workshops

The GCU Wellbeing Team have worked to put together a variety of workshops to help enhance you rmental health and wellbeing. We have a range of different groups and workshops which you can sign up to over the course of Trimester A. 

There's still spaces for two of our workshops in Trimester A, and will be offering a refreshed series of workshops in Trimester B too! 


Healthy Habits Workshop (Wed, 6 November 2019, 13:00 – 14:00)

This workshop will focus on the connection between our mood and our lifestyle. Our mood can be greatly affected by what we do and it is important to consider achieving a healthy life balance. This workshop is FREE to attend, and you can sign up at the evenbrite page for the event!


Managaing your Time with Apps Workshop (Thu, 14 November 2019, 14:00 – 16:00)

This workshop will look at various tried and tested techniques to explore different ways of organising your time with apps! The workshop will looked at using guided mind maps, and more! Sign up for the event at the Eventbrite page.
