This Novembers graduation ball is being held at the Radisson Blu on the 30th of November 2018

How do I get my ticket?

You can buy your tickets via the online store: https://store.gcu.ac.uk/

If tickets are sold out we are able to add your name to the waiting list. To do so please contact Student Events studentevents@gcu.ac.uk

 - Please note when submitting your seating requirements that each table seats 12 people.

Ticket collection – when and where do I pick up my tickets?

Tickets will be available for collection in the Hamish Wood foyer on the days of graduation (27th and 28th) of November we will send out emails nearer the collection time with further details.

I am not graduating this year, can I still buy a ticket?

The event is primarily for graduating students and their partners/family/friends.

Can a friend/partner/family member or a non-student, attend the Graduation Ball?

Yes.

I am a vegetarian, is there a vegetarian option on the menu?

Yes. All dietary requirements will be catered for. Please remember to inform us of your requirements when booking your ticket online. 

Do the bars at the venue accept credit and debit cards?

Yes.

Are there any age restrictions?

Yes, 18 and over.

What time should I arrive at the Graduation Ball?

The drinks reception starts at 7pm. 

How do I get to the Graduation Ball venue?

You are responsible for making your own way to the Graduation Ball. The address is  301 Argyle St, Glasgow G2 8DL

I have bought a ticket and I can no longer attend, what can I do?

Unfortunately the tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, as per the Terms & Conditions. However, please contact studentevents@gcu.ac.uk and we will be happy to discuss your circumstances.

What details do I need to supply when I book tickets for me, my friends, partner or family members?

Please note that all contact details (mobile and email) and any dietary requirements will be required for every guest and you will need this before going online to book your tickets.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. The event has a black tie dress code.

Where is the official after party?

The Official After Party will be announced soon keep an eye on our Facebook page for details.

The Graduation ball has sold out, is there anyway I can still get a ticket?

Once all of the online tickets are sold, we can only add your name to our waiting list if any tickets are cancelled. To add your name to the waiting list please email studentevents@gcu.ac.uk. Please note this does not guarantee you a ticket.
