Printing

There are various printers located throughout the campus. These guides are designed to answer any questions you may have. Unless stated otherwise, all printers are filled with A4 recycled paper.

Black and White (mono) print jobs can be viewed and released from any printer.

Colour print jobs can be viewed and released from ONLY the floor standing Colour printers.

How do I print from my own laptop or mobile device?

You can now print from your own laptop or mobile device using the EveryOnePrint Solution.

EveryonePrint supports ANY client computer on any platform that can use a recent Internet browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari, and ANY mobile device that can send an email

You can access the Everyone Web Printing in two ways both on and off campus:

  • Access through the web portal. Just enter your domain login username and password.
  • Mail in your print job as an attachment to eprint@gcu.ac.uk – you can email from any email address as there is no restriction on what email account you register with or on the number of email accounts you register. Your print credit account has two separate quotas:

Free Quota:
This is an annual allowance that is applied to your account by GCU.  Your initial free quota print credit is based upon your course classification.  This is an annual allowance and is not topped up during Trimesters B or C.  Any free quota print credit remaining in your account at the end of the academic year will not be carried over to the next academic year.  This free quota print credit can be used for printing and copying throughout campus.

Balance:
This is money that you add to your print credit account personally. You can add money to your Balance when required. This balance print credit can be used for printing and copying throughout campus.

Any money added to your print credit account will be carried over to the new academic year, however, any balance left over after you complete your course will not be refunded.
