IT Support in labs/classrooms
IT problems in labs/classrooms can be reported to the IT Helpdesk by using the dedicated help phone. Each IT computer lab has a wall-mounted phone that connects you directly to the IT Helpdesk. Calls from labs/classrooms that require a member of Information Services Support staff to attend will be carried out within 20 minutes from logging your call.
Classrooms and lecture rooms do not have wall-mounted phones. If you require support in a classroom or lecture room, you can use the IT Help handset in the nearest lab available.
Some labs and classrooms are owned and supported by School technicians; these labs and classrooms will have signage directing you to the appropriate support points.

Printing in labs
The computers in each lab are configured to print directly to the lab printer. You can also print to the secure print/copy devices throughout campus by following the instructions here.
