On campus registration

There will be no on campus registration for the 2020-21 session.  Student ID cards will be posted to all students who have completed their online registration and provided a photograph.  Cards will be posted to the term time address you provide during the online registration process and will be sent out throughout September.

If you have applied for student finance (SAAS or SLC) please ensure that you use the same details with both the funding body and GCU so that we can quickly match your information.  Inconsistencies could result in delays to your payments being made.

International Students:  We will provide further details on any checks that are required for students who are on a tier 4 VISA as soon as we can.  Please check back as we will update this page with the latest information from the UK borders agency.  If you have any concerns, you can look at our coronavirus update pages or contact our registration team at registration@gcu.ac.uk with any questions you have.

SAAS/SLC Payments

If you have applied for SAAS/SLC funding we will confirm your details after you have completed your registration.  Please ensure that your details with both GCU and your funding body are the same to prevent any delays with your payments being made.

If you do not receive your loan payment on the due date on your letter, and you have completed your online registration, please email loans.grants@gcu.ac.uk including your student ID and student support number.  This will be on your award or payment schedule letter.

Photograph

You will need to submit a photograph so that we can produce your student card.  The easiest way to do this is by uploading a suitable photo during online registration.
