Our registration team will send you a registration instruction email to invite you to register when your course opens. To make sure your email does not go into your junk folder, add registration@gcu.ac.uk to your known senders.

Below you will find important information relevant to you as well as registration deadlines for Trimester B.

New Students 2019/20 - Trimester B

New students will receive their registration emails from the end of November 2019. This is a staged process, however if you have not received your registration email two weeks before your course start date send us an email, including your student ID and course title so we can forward these to you.

You must upload or send us a photograph for your student card to be produced and you will then collect your card from the Campus life desk, on level 1 of the George Moore Building.

Part time students - we will post your student card out to the registered address we hold on your record.

Continuing students - 2019/20

You will receive your registration instruction email towards the end of June asking you to register for 2019/20. This is a staged process, so you may receive this a bit later. Your log in details will be the same as those you use to access the university computer systems. If you try to log in and the student portal does not accept your username/password, you can try resetting your password.

If you are awaiting exam results or have resits over the summer, you can still register now. Once your results are published your registration will be confirmed automatically on our systems, or amended if you are not eligible to progress.

Registration deadlines 2019/20

The deadline for completing registration is two weeks after the course start date.
