If you need help, contact the IT Service Desk using My Service

If you have any issues with My Service, you can email the helpdesk on IThelp@gcu.ac.uk.

For urgent requests or incidents, please raise them first using My Service and then call 0141 273 1234, quoting your Call or Request number as a reference.

 

 

When is the IT Helpdesk open?

  • Weekdays 8:30am - 9:00pm (full support service between 8:30am - 5:00pm)
  • Weekends 9:00am - 6:00pm

Please be aware that Lab Shutdown procedures will commence 15 minutes before closing time on weekdays (8:45pm) and at weekends (5:45pm).‌‌
