IS Service Desk

If you have any issues with My Service, you can email the helpdesk at IThelp@gcu.ac.uk.

For urgent requests or incidents, please raise them first using the GCU Service Now portal and then call 0141 273 1234, quoting your call or request number as a reference.

The Service Desk's regular opening times are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

IS Service Desk out of hours

The service desk is expanding its ability to take calls outside normal operating hours (Mon-Fri 0830-1700) by using the managed service provider Norman.

The service desk phone number remains the same: 0141 273 1234.

Norman will also provide a chat service which will be implemented on all IT GCU webpages over the coming weeks.
