Students from Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) have teamed up with renowned Scottish luxury retailer Anna Cirignaco of Eleganza Sposa to design a show-stopping front window display.

Postgraduate students studying on the International Fashion Marketing programme will take inspiration from the garments produced by last year’s third year students, as part of the University’s annual Fashion Show.

Anna Cirignaco works with Glasgow School for Business and Society and its students, bringing a wealth of experience to students and industry knowledge.

Programme leader on the MSc in International Fashion Marketing Dr Antoinette Fionda-Douglas said: “This is an incredible opportunity for students to team up with one of the industry’s leading figures in luxury fashion. Anna is a great support to students, giving them access to behind the scenes and the business of fashion.”

Anna will return to GCU next week to judge the presentations before the garments and visual displays are unveiled next month at the retail store in Glasgow.

The MSc in International Fashion Marketing is accredited by EPAS and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. EPAS recognises the programme’s uniqueness in terms of its design, teaching quality, the student learning experience, internship and international opportunities, quality of work submitted and graduate outcomes, and its commitment to the ERS (ethics, responsibility and sustainability) agenda.
