The Marketing, Recruitment and Conversion Department combines the current marketing and student recruitment functions, enquiry and conversion management for all markets and market segments, including the Scottish market, RUK, EU and Overseas.
The key aims of the department are achieving growth in both applications and entrants and increasing sustainable revenue streams. The team plays a critical role in the recruitment of students and increasing the international student population in the Glasgow and London campus and, importantly, the marketing, student recruitment and conversion functions support the schools and campus locations to achieve their targets.
A team of recruitment and marketing professionals sit within this new department and work together cross-functionally towards implementing the University’s International Strategy, it’s KPI’s and all student targets. Focusing on School, region and audience requirements, they develop Recruitment and Marketing strategies and ensure these are translated into well-executed and targeted tactics which increase the volume of enquiries from high-quality, engaged applicants.
