A versatile and accomplished Fashion Designer and Creative Director with unique combination of fashion buying and marketing experience in the Premium and Luxury Womenswear sector. Laboni founded her eponymous womenswear label L Saha and has worked as a lecturer at British School of Fashion, GCU London since 2015.
She has demonstrable ability to analyse consumer behaviour, conduct market research, plan and execute sophisticated designing strategies to ensure high return on investment and facilitate maximum seasonal sell through.
Laboni currently lives in London and is actively involved in lecturing and mentoring future fashion professionals at a number of Universities in London including GCU London.
Laboni research interests include areas of Sustainability in fashion and Circular economy in the luxury sector.
