Jonny Benjamin MBE is an award winning mental health campaigner, writer, filmmaker and public speaker. As part of Mental Health Awareness Week which takes place 18th – 24th May, Jonny will deliver an exclusive talk to GCU staff, students and graduates at 4pm on Wednesday 20th May via the GCU Facebook. - Jonny will share his journey with mental illness, from the first experience of seeing a psychologist at the age of 5, through to a breakdown and hospitalisation at the age of 20. This is a moving story of hope and recovery, with the ultimate message that we can all overcome any adversity in life.
