SCONUL Access membership form

Membership of the library is currently restricted to GCU students and staff including associate staff. We regret that we are unable to offer Alumni, Community User and Mentor memberships at this time.

Please complete the details below. We will then send you an email to inform you of when your card is ready for collection.  Bring the approval e-mail from your home institution (a printed or electronic version) and your staff or student University ID card to the Library Desk on level 0 of the Sir Alex Ferguson Library.

GCU will grant you access up until 30 September in the following academic year (or earlier if stated on your approval email), at which time you shall have to reapply if you’d like to extend your membership.

By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Library charter and Library regulations.

Personal information which you supply to GCU may be used in a number of ways:

  • To administer your library account and provide access to services
  • To monitor use of services and for statistical analysis
