SCONUL Access form

Please click on the link at bottom of this page to complete the SCONUL Access membership form. We will then send you an email to inform you of when your card is ready for collection. Bring the approval e-mail from your home institution (a printed or electronic version) and your staff or student university ID card to the library desk on level 0 of the Sir Alex Ferguson Library.

GCU will grant you access up until 30 September in the following academic year (or earlier if stated on your approval email), at which time you shall have to reapply if you’d like to extend your membership.

By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Library Charter and Library Regulations.

Personal information which you supply to GCU may be used in a number of ways:

• To administer your library account and provide access to services
• To monitor the use of services and for statistical analysis
