Title: in italics
The abbreviation: SI 
Statutory Instrument number 
Place of publication 
Date of publication 
Page numbers
: use 'p.' before a single page number and 'pp.' where there are multiple pages

In this example, the full name of the publisher appears after its acronym in brackets.
