Published conference proceedings with author or editor(s): 

Author / Editor: if it is an editor always put (ed.) after the name. If no author or editor is given on the title page the name of the conference is cited first in italics. 
Organisation

Page numbers: use 'p.' before a single page number and 'pp.' where there are multiple pages
