Nadia qualified as an Orthoptist in 1989 from Queen’s College Glasgow with distinction. She has worked in the NHS in Scotland and in Norway. She has a degree in Educational studies. She completed her PhD thesis in 2004 which investigated eye movements and visual processing in dyslexic readers. She is the programme leader for BSc Hons Orthoptics. She is also the Learning, Teaching and Quality lead for the Department of Life Sciences.
