The Department of Nursing and Community Health is one of the largest providers of Pre-Registration Nursing Education in Scotland and brings together academic and clinical staff who have the expertise and passion to deliver education that is energised, engaged, informed by contemporary evidence and co-created.

I have worked with people with learning disabilities for a number of years, and really enjoy it. I was looking for a course which would give me broader scope to improve people’s lives. My degree will allow me to work with children or adults with learning disabilities, to ensure that they are able to live fulfilling, healthy lives, as independently as possible.
