Pauline Bell

Senior Lecturer
Coming from a background in product design and development in the food industry, Pauline Bell started working at GCU in 1992. Currently a senior lecturer in the Department of Business Management in the Fashion, Marketing and Retailing (FMR) subject group, she is involved teaching and learning in a variety of related subjects. Bell has been responsible for the leadership of FMR undergraduate programme suite from 2013.
MSc Food Marketing awarded in 2004; received Research Initiative Award from Academy of Marketing in 2005; Caledonian Scholarship Award in 2009. Postgraduate Certificate in Research (Business and Management) in 2012; enrolled in Professional Doctorate programme in 2013. Led several external consultancy projects related to consumer choice and decision making. Involved in ongoing consumer research into consumer behaviour at farmers’ markets.
