Cara Connell

Lecturer in Fashion, Marketing and Retailing
Cara Connell joined GCU as a lecturer in Fashion Marketing and Branding in 2012. Connell has a broad range of industry experience having spent a number of years working as the Fashion Editor of a national women’s magazine and a Retail Buyer prior to that. This industry experience is drawn upon strongly in her teaching in the fields of fashion and marketing communication and retail operations such as visual merchandising.

Connell is currently working on her PhD examining the effective use of digital communication tools within the fashion retail industry.
