I am currently a PhD student in Glasgow school of Business and society. In 1998 I obtained a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Sebha University in Libya. In 2009 I completed my Masters in Accounting with Management studies from Edinburgh Napier University. My main area of research is Corporate Governance Practices. My research focuses on challenges and factors which may affect corporate governance implementation in the Libyan Banking sector. My interests in this area come through his work in Central Bank of Libya since 2000 as an accountant, financial accountant and Bank Supervision.
