I am currently a PhD student in Glasgow school of Business and society. I completed my Masters in Financial Services Risk and Operations from GSBS. Equipped with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Calabar Cross River State in Nigeria. I have more than 8 years working experience in the banking sector where I rose to become a branch Manager (Banking Officer). While in the banking sector I have worked in various departments – Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Cash Management Service and Customer Service. I also hold a diploma certificate in Investments and Operations with the Chartered institute for Security and investment.

Current Research

My Current research: The role of financial Regulation and Supervision in preventing banks from failing. It is expected that at the end of this programme, bank regulators and supervisors can use the analysis in this research to enhance the management of banks in Nigeria and also other developing economies can utilise the process in this research to improve their strategies on bank management.
