Declan has 25 years of experience as a social entrepreneur in the social enterprise, co-operative and credit union sectors. He is an occasional contributor to Scottish Government and sector stakeholders on social enterprise policy/development matters. Academic interests include entrepreneurship, social enterprise and social innovation.
