BSc (Hons) Construction and Built Environment with a focus on Quantity Surveying

The BSc/BSc (Hons) Construction and the Built Environment (with focus on Quantity surveying) Graduate Apprenticeship programme has been developed to provide apprentices with the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to become effective construction professionals.  Specifically, this programme of study provides work-based learning opportunities at a BSc / BSc (Hons) level.  Apprentices combine academic study with employer specific knowledge acquisition and skills development to become more effective and productive in the workplace.

The Graduate Apprenticeship programme will follow a pathways arrangement. The Quantity Surveying pathway will be in place for the 2018-19 session 1st year intake only. 

Construction Management & Building Surveying and Recognition of Prior Learning arrangements will enable entry to 2nd year pathways for 2019-20 session, dependant on applications.
