Harriet leads our pioneering research into the effects of climate change on mental health. She is applying her extensive neuropsychological and clinical research experience to the emerging field of climate psychology at the Centre for Climate Justice, which is a champion of this new area of research. Harriet has research interests in climate psychology, climate justice, ecological psychology and mental health. She has a Masters in Human Cognitive Neuropsychology and a PhD in Clinical Neuropsychology, both from the University of Edinburgh, as well as a BSc in Psychology from the University of Glasgow.
