Project title: Design and development of health ready subsea production systems and their through-life support solutions

The subsea production system (SPS) in deep-sea incurs extensive intervention and repair cost. The current maintenance practises require production to be halted to conduct the repair or replacement operation. The project is to implement a strategy that enables continuous monitoring and real-time assessment of subsea production system functional health and uses this information to improve operational decision, maintenance planning. A model based approach at system level will be used to prove profitable in many ways which enables the user to conduct analysis based on operational field data. This approach can develop a health ready SPS and reduce the lifetime cost of SPS.
