Dr Jacqueline Wilkie

Dr Wilkie is a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Jacqueline currently lectures in energy resources and generation, electrical distribution systems and electrical machines. This follow from a period in industry (renewables) as a principal consultant in the Wind Analysis Team at SgurrEnergy and development engineer at Siemens Wind turbines.

She has spent 14 years as lecturer/Senior Lecturer in the Industrial Control Centre at the University of Strathclyde. There she taught control and instrumentation modules, acted as MEng Adviser of Studies and undertook UK and European based research projects. Jacqueline was registration and finance chair for IEEE conferences.

Jacqueline has been a CEng/ MIET since 1997 and is also now a senior Fellow on the Higher Education Academy.
