James Brown

James has worked at Glasgow Caledonian University as a lecturer for over 20 years, during which he also completed his MSc at Strathclyde University in Sustainable Development of the Urban Environment. Prior to embarking on his academic career, James worked for Balfour Beatty as a site engineer and Strathclyde Regional Council Water Dept. His area of research covers Explosive Compaction Damage Survey; Computer Analysis of a Smolt Unit Extension; Peel Glen Road, Highway Analysis; Sports Field Reclamation Study; Computer Aided Hydraulic Analysis of a large Fish Farm; Shallow Foundation Design and Fatigue Analysis of Mast Rigging L Sections.
