There are some sector specific initiatives which focus on under representations of women in their industry and some of these are listed below:
The WISE Campaign - campaign for gender balance in science, technology and engineering. This also includes a jobs board for the sector.
Equate Scotland - equate works across Scotland with industry, academia, the Scottish Government and other public bodies to offer information, events and support to women working and studying in engineering, science, technology and the built environment.
Women in Technology - a job board where you will find vacancies being advertised (either directly or via the Women in Technology recruitment team) by firms and organisations that are showing a real commitment to increasing the number of female technologists working for them.
Women in Banking & Finance - networking events, development programmes and leadership opportunities in the banking and finance sector.
Women in Management - now a known as CMI women, this is a network within the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
