GCU Built Environment Society podcast

Welcome to the GCU Built Environment Society podcast - the podcast that seeks to connect students in the Built Environment with the thoughts, experiences and opinions of prominent industry experts and successful recent graduates. The idea for the podcast was formed through discussions between students and lecturers, with the aim of allowing students to explore what opportunities the Built Environment has to offer, and what they can offer it.

The podcast is student led and will be hosted by Construction Management student Nagineh Azar and Quantity Surveying student Joshua Foster. The format will be in the form of informal interviews where diverse topics will be discussed. The intention is to focus on questions that will be of interest to our students and to provide a platform engage with practitioners. It will include specific questions that could be beneficial in the near future such as “What qualities help graduates become successful?” through to bigger questions such “What does the future hold for the industry and its professions?”
