Pilates is a body conditioning routine which helps flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment and breathing. Developing a strong core for improving co-ordination and balance. 

Spaces on the Pilates classes are limited, please book your space by contacting reception, 0141 331 3116,  on the day of each class.
