Zumba program fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fun calorie-burning work out.

Each routine features an interval training session, mixing fast and slow rhythms to tone your body, strengthen your muscles, and improve cardio fitness, as you burn fat.

The program has become a worldwide sensation and is now taught in more than 110 countries. Zumba classes are offered through licensed instructors.
